Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ZipJob, operated by Lisemby Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us").

1. Services

ZipJob provides exclusive home service leads and done-for-you outreach services to contractors. Each lead is sold to one contractor only and is not resold or shared.

2. Lead Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads include a valid phone number and are located within your specified service area. If a lead fails this standard, we will replace it at no charge. This guarantee does not cover homeowners who choose not to hire a contractor.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Lead packs are non-refundable except as described in our guarantee. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZipJob leads only for legitimate business purposes. You may not resell, share, or distribute leads to third parties. You agree to contact homeowners in a professional, legal manner consistent with applicable laws including the TCPA.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZipJob provides leads based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a job or sale. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific lead pack in question.
